The hotel offers a lovely location close to many attractions and the subway, with well-appointed but slightly small rooms. The cleaning service could be improved, but the staff is friendly and helpful.

My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were much bigger than I anticipated for a Manhattan hotel, allowing us to enjoy unique architectural views. Although the room preparation was slightly delayed, the view from our room with two windows made up for it. The location was fantastic, with easy access to key attractions and a pleasant walk to Times Square. Despite the dining experience being subpar, the overall value for money was decent.
